Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused thermal paper rolls within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@pakpaperusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on opened or partially used rolls, items returned after the 30-day window, or orders that were damaged due to improper storage or handling.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please reach out to info@pakpaperusa.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
