Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused thermal paper rolls within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@pakpaperusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.
